Turn Around Time varies depending on product. Ready to ship items 3-5 business days. Preorder items 15-30 business days. Custom Rancher Hats and Tumblers 30-45 business days. Turn around times are business days only and do not include weekends, holidays or owners vacation days unless stated differently.  

 

No exchanges, returns or cancellations will be accepted. Once packages are received by the post office we are no longer responsible. No order will be refunded or remade if lost by USPS. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address as packages are sent to the address filled out by the customer. If any damaged items or wrong items are received please contact us at criswellcreativeco@gmail.com within 3 days.
